From the first click to the completed session
A practice needs more than a page with a phone number: a clear way to book, and less paperwork after the appointment.
Omaška is a working system for a private psychiatric and psychotherapy practice. Booking, patient records, documents, billing in KM and the patient portal belong to one flow, from the first click on the website to the completed session.
For a psychotherapy practice I built a demonstration with a public website in two languages, online booking, a client portal and administration. It is a demo, not a launched client website.
blink voice answers calls for a clinic, books into the calendar and leaves a summary of the conversation. The project is in preview.
Patient information needs carefully designed access: who sees what, where it is stored and who can open it. That is decided at the start, not added later.
