A useful assistant does not guess. It finds the right passage in your documents and answers from it.
In Urbano, the assistant works over 22,300 city documents. It retrieves the relevant passages first and builds the answer from them, so a citizen gets an answer from the city’s own sources rather than from general knowledge.
For the Innovation Centre Banja Luka I am building a business assistant that leads a conversation from an idea to company registration and a first plan. It is in development.
